• Dimension Verification: We strongly recommend verifying the dimensions of this product, as well as your door measurements and all access points to your premises, before placing an order.
• Refund Policy: This product is made to order, and we do not provide refunds for any miscalculations regarding dimensions or personal colour selections.

• Cancellation Policy: There is a 48-hour cancellation period for change of mind. If the order is not cancelled within this time-frame, it will be processed, and we will not issue any refunds.
